Greg brings with him a results-oriented professional philosophy and over 20 years’ experience in the information technology industry. Over his career, Greg spent 10 years at a global outsourcing and consulting organization, Electronic Data Systems (EDS). There he developed an extensive background in project management and business leadership while managing and implementing several multi-million dollar technology refresh projects. After that, Greg became the Director of e-Commerce implementing systems to bring on over $20 million in sales per year. Other business experience includes being involved in the startup and funding efforts of an internet startup company. Johnson’s experience includes serving as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for a customer relationship company with responsibilities for managing all aspects of technology including: data centers (infrastructure), networks (data & voice), application development and end user support.
In his most recent role,
Greg was responsible for developing and managing the growth and execution of
the services delivered by each of the vertical practices of a Technical
Services company. This was a business turn around assignment which required the
creation of new revenue streams, Top Talent acquisition and industry
benchmarking to drive up gross margins and business valuation. Increasing revenue streams and then managing
gross margin production is a strong suite.
Greg’s ownership of new client acquisition and Business development
accomplished significant gains for new and current client value streams.
Johnson’s innovative,
strategic vision and ability to align I.T. direction with business direction have
demonstrated success for his employers, partners and their respective clients. Throughout his career he has consistently led
business technology projects to achieve corporate strategy and realize
strategic initiatives.
